1. Generally speaking, color comes from C.M.Y.K. When you upload your file, please write your Pantone color. If you use a special one, please mark it.
2. Our company accepts files from the following software: Corel Draw, Indesign, IllustratorCS, and PhotoshopCS.
3. If you use coreldraw, curve lineindirect over 2500 please turn into raster graphics to avoid losing your pictures or text.
4. Go to the products button on the website to choose the paper you want.
5. If your resolution pictures are too large, please decrease your resolution to less than 300 ppi before sending them to us.
6. All texts in your file should be converted from linear into profile; we don’t have calligraphic capacity in our system.
a. You may see some color variation (up to 5%) when we print.
b. When you are making file please allow 2mm line to avoid loss of content during machine cutting.
c. If you want varnishing, we can’t predict the effect on the color after printing.
d. Different paper can change the way the color looks when finished.
